The South African Wagering Association (SABA) is the first of its kind to declare its backing for the “All In Diversity Project,” a comprehensive initiative spearheaded by the wagering industry.
SABA will serve as a strategic collaborator for the initiative and will bolster the organization’s endeavors to promote diversity, fairness, and inclusivity within the wagering sector.
SABA represents numerous enterprises and independent wagering firms in South Africa and is a voluntary organization that offers mutual aid to its constituents and assists them in maintaining and promoting equitable business practices.
“Our mission statement harmonizes flawlessly with the goals and targets of the “All In Diversity Project,” providing a platform for our members to endorse diverse workplaces and harness the power of diversity to attain a competitive edge,” stated Sean Coleman, Chief Executive Officer of SABA.
Christina Takor-Rankin, co-founder of the All-In Diversity Project, stated: “Africa continues to be one of the most dynamic emerging markets worldwide, and we are delighted to welcome the continent’s leading industry organization to the initiative.
“This not only showcases the project’s global scope, but also emphasizes the significance of diversity and inclusivity to the worldwide industry.”
SABA’s backing comes following the All-In Diversity Project’s recent announcement of a new collaboration with the UK’s Business Standards Institute to establish a code of conduct on diversity and equality.
