Playtika has declared the hiring of Jacob Mendel as their Vice President of Blockchain Technology.
Mendel will be in charge of aiding Playtika’s growth plans in the areas of gaming finance and Web3.0 blockchain technology.
Before joining Playtika, Mendel spent almost three years at JPMorgan Chase as an Executive Director of Blockchain Applications Research.
Before that, Mendel was the Managing Director of a blockchain research institute at Tel Aviv University for three years, and also held the position of General Manager of Cybersecurity at Intel for more than two years.
He previously served as Senior Director of Cybersecurity in the Chief Technology Officer’s office at Broadcom, and also co-founded and served as CEO of security company SCsquare for over 12 years.
